After earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, Cameron completed his internship selling building materials before beginning a sales career at Eakes of Kearney. Eakes was Cameron’s first job after graduating from college. Cameron joined our Copier division in 2002 selling in a southwestern Nebraska market with McCook as the hub.
To continue growing his sales, Cameron became proficient with document management software. Because of his motivation to learn, he became the ‘lead software salesperson ’ at Eakes in support of the entire copier sales team along with continuing to manage the customer base he developed.
Cameron has taken full advantage of the career opportunities at Eakes. He participated in Management Training courses that prepared him for a Sales Manager position in Kearney. As Sales Manager, he works directly with the Kearney sales team and customers to further his knowledge in all product categories – Supplies, Furniture, and Copiers. In January 2016, he became a Managing Partner where he oversees Commercial Sales, Service and Retail for Kearney and McCook.
