Eakes Office Solutions has been named a 2017 Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine, an industry magazine for technology and document imaging.

Based on customer feedback surveys, Eakes scores high in customer satisfaction, often noted going “above and beyond”, which is driven by the dedicated performance of their employees. Eakes also expanded their product line in 2017 with the addition of Ricoh to their manufacturer offerings, and utilized an extensive marketing campaign to reach both current and potential customers in the market. Eakes was also named a Sharp Hyakuman Kai Elite winner for the 11th year in a row, a status given to exemplary dealerships with innovative business practices and long-lasting community relationships.
